FAQ's

We have an Initial registration form that outlines the documents that we need. We will share this form with you when you contact us. We may need to see a copy of your Australian business number, business status, a copy of the driver’s licence of all registered drivers, and the location of where the vehicle will be parked etc.
If you want to purchase the car from us, ownership will be transferred to you at the end of the contract once final payment has been made. Until then, the car will be in the name of Cars2U. But you will keep the car with you from day one, and you will drive it like your own.
We provide a rent-to-own service, or a long-term rental service for 2 or 3 years. We do not typically rent a car for the short-term. You can approach us for short-term rentals, and we will make every effort to provide you with a car.
Of course. When you contact us, we will ask you to fill out an initial registration form. This form will outline the information that you must submit to be eligible.
Of course. Please tell us your preferences, i.e., model, variant, colour etc, and we will find the right car for you.
Of course, as long as the car is used mostly for business and / or rideshare purposes. Please indicate clearly on the initial registration form, how many kms you’ll spend using the car for personal and business use.
You can buy or lease any car of your choice. The cars listed on the website are a guide only to give you an indication of the weekly lease costs for these cars.
The lease payments that you pay cover the cost of the car, insurances, registration renewals, roadside assist, servicing and maintenance (tyre, battery, wiper blade, brake pad replacement, etc). You will be responsible to pay for fuel (or electricity, in case you buy an EV), parking, tolls, cleaning, tyre punctures, and stamp duty at the end of the contract to transfer the vehicle in your name.
You’re allowed to change your mind if your circumstances change. There may be a termination charge if you return the car prior to the expiry of the contract period unless you can find another customer who will pay for the remainder of the contract period.
Yes, you can. If the car is not covered by manufacturer, or dealer warranty, we will try and buy additional warranty for you and add to your lease cost. If this option is not available, you will need to pay for any out-of-warranty repair costs should they be needed.
